Today, I’m gonna talk about this watch I picked up. It’s called a CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Chronoscope. They say it’s “Classic Style.” Now, I ain’t one for fancy names, but I gotta admit, this thing caught my eye. It all started when I was reading some stuff online about watches. Heard a lot of folks talking about the OMEGA Speedmaster, how it’s a big deal and all that. I thought to myself, “Why not see what the fuss is about?”
So, I started diggin’ around. Seems like the Speedmaster is quite famous, even went to space or something. Now, this Chronoscope, it’s part of that family, but it’s more like the old-school type. I found out that there are a bunch of different Speedmasters out there. But this one, it’s got that vintage look that I really like.
First thing I did was try to find one. Not a real one, mind you. Those things are expensive! I read somewhere that a good one can cost you around $2,500. No way I’m spending that much. I went for a copy, and let me tell you, it looks pretty darn close to the real deal.
Once I got it, I started messing around with it. It’s got these buttons on the side, called pushers. I pushed the top one, and the second hand started moving. That’s how you start the timer, I guess. Pushed it again, and it stopped. There’s another button on the bottom, and that one resets it. Pretty neat, huh?

- Push the bottom button: Timer resets.
I wore it around for a few days, showed it to some friends. They all thought it was cool. It’s got this see-through back, so you can see all the gears and stuff moving inside. Apparently, it’s got some fancy movement called a “Calibre 9908” or maybe “3861” I don’t really remember. But I do know it doesn’t need a battery and it is COSC certified, whatever that means. All I know is, it keeps time pretty good.
Now, I ain’t no watch expert, but I like this CopyOMEGA Speedmaster Chronoscope. It’s simple, it works, and it looks good on my wrist. Plus, it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. If you’re looking for a classic-style watch, you might wanna check this one out. Just don’t expect it to take you to the moon or anything.
