Okay, so I wanted to check out the Imitation Jaeger-LeCoultre JLC Duomètre à Quantième Lunaire. I’ve always been into watches, you know, the whole complicated gears thing. But real ones? Way out of my price range.
First, I started looking around. And after searching for a while, I finally found a seller. I picked one that seems legit and placed the order. Then, I paid for it. After paying, I got a confirmation message.
After a few days, I got a notification that my package had shipped! It took forever, like a week, maybe more. But hey, it finally arrived! The package was kinda beat up, but the watch inside was wrapped up pretty good, so no scratches or anything.
The watch itself looked pretty good. Shiny, you know? All those little dials and the moon phase thing. It was cool to see it working. The weight felt substantial, not too heavy, but not like a cheap toy either. I tried setting the time and the date, which was a bit tricky at first with all the different little crowns and pushers.
Here are the steps that I followed to set the watch:
- First, I gently pulled out the crown, which is used for time adjustment.
- Then, I rotated the crown to set the desired time.
- After setting the time, I pushed the crown back in.
- To set the date, I gently pressed the pusher, which is located on the side of the watch.
- After setting the time and date, I checked the moon phase.
- It looks great and is working perfectly.
I’ve been wearing it for a couple of days now. Keeps time okay, I guess. I mean, I haven’t timed it with an atomic clock or anything, but it hasn’t stopped yet. And I get a little bit of satisfaction looking at my wrist. I showed it to my friend, he thought it was a real one. That made me feel pretty good.
So, yeah, if you are looking for a fancy-looking watch that does not break the bank, maybe it is worth checking out.
