I’ve been messing around with my watch face again, trying to get that CopyOMEGA Ω X-33 Marstimer Classic Style look. It’s not super complicated, but it took me a bit to figure out all the steps. Here’s how I did it.

Preparation

First, I downloaded a bunch of stuff. I needed the main app, of course, and then a few extra bits and pieces to make it all work together. Got those all installed and ready to go.

Diving In

Then I started playing around with the settings. At first I wanted to copy the original style, so I found a picture of the original OMEGA online and followed it step by step.

  • Changed the background to a nice, deep black.
  • Picked out a font that looked pretty close to the one on the real watch.
  • Played with the colors of the hands and the numbers until they were just right. It was tricky, but I finally found a combo that I liked.
  • Added some complications, like the date and the day of the week, and placed them where they are on the original watch face. It took some fiddling to get them in the right spot and make them look good.

Tweaking

Once I had the basics down, I started experimenting a bit. The classic style is nice, but I decided to make it my own.

  • Switched up the colors a little. Went for something a bit more “me.”
  • Added a couple of extra features that the original doesn’t have, just for fun.
  • Kept messing with the layout until it felt perfect.

Admiring the Result

Finally, I finished! It’s not a perfect copy, but it’s got that OMEGA vibe, and I think it looks pretty good. I’m really happy with how it turned out. It was a fun little project, and now I have a unique watch face that I really like. Every time I look at my watch I have a sense of accomplishment.

This is my little story about how I got this CopyOMEGA style on my watch. Maybe it will inspire you to try something similar.
